Fruit destoner-pulper 2000 kg/h

The fruit destoner & pulper is a machine designed to destone various types of fruit. It can be used as a cherry destoner, olive destoner, tomato pulper, and also for apricots, plums, peaches, cooked vegetables, etc. The machine separates pulp from stones by thoroughly crushing the fruit to create a mash suitable for jams, preserves and fermentations. By fitting special screens, you can also obtain a final product suitable for fruit juices. The fruit destoner–pulper is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, and features a loading hopper with internal safety grid, a separation drum where pulp is separated from stones with a dedicated discharge, an electric motor with CE-compliant emergency stop, a safety guard for the hopper, and 4 swivelling wheels with brakes for easier handling.

The pulper comes as standard with one screen, with hole size selectable from 0.8 to 12 mm. You can choose the desired size from the menu. Additional screens are available in the “You may also like” section at the bottom of the page.

Fruit to be processed must be ripe and soft, with a maximum diameter of 18 cm.

Most common screen hole sizes requested:

• 8 mm for apricots and peaches;
• 6 mm for plums;
• 3 mm for cherries, mash, pears, apples, sour cherries, morello cherries;
• 2–3 mm for olives;
• 1.5 mm for tomatoes, prickly pears;
• 1.2 mm for tomatoes, strawberries and raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants and grapes;
• 0.6 mm for pomegranates (together with a destemming unit).
