Other areas of use include summer conditioning of cellars and storage rooms, cooling of cold rooms for the preservation of meat, dairy products, fruit and vegetables, and cooling in the chemical industry.

Design and Manufacturing

This line of chillers was developed based on the experience of specialists in the field of winemaking machinery and refrigeration. They aim to provide small and medium-sized wineries with compact and cost-effective refrigeration systems to optimize the control of fermentation and storage of quality wine and beer.

Our wine and beer chillers are built with a structure entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, designed to allow easy access to every internal component such as the control panel. The refrigeration circuit is made with cleaned copper tubing, while the condenser is composed of copper pipes and aluminum fins. The evaporator can be either coaxial or plate type, depending on the selected model.

The hydraulic circuit is made with stainless materials (steel, brass, etc.), and the equipped pump is appropriately sized to operate at low temperatures with a mixture containing 45% propylene glycol.

The beer and wine chillers are designed to be connected to stainless steel tanks equipped with an integrated cooling (or heating) jacket.

How to Choose the Right Chiller for Wine and Beer

The choice of the most suitable model should be made not only based on the number of units to connect, but also considering the total mass to be controlled. To help you select the right model, each product page includes the maximum quantity, expressed in liters, that the machine can manage.

For each chiller, the base version includes only the cooling function. However, it is possible to add heating by selecting it from the options menu on the product page. This way, you can order a unit capable of both cooling and heating.
