The gravity-fed rotary juice filter is designed to filter the product obtained from a fruit destoner-pulper, separating part of the pulp and solid residues from the liquid.
It is suitable for processing fruit, pomegranates, prickly pears and other products reduced to purée when a cleaner juice is required for subsequent pasteurisation, collection or bottling.
The machine is supplied with a stainless steel liquid pump, a 0.3 mm conical screen, level probes and a control panel. Its gravity-fed operation makes it suitable for integration into a small fruit processing line alongside destoner-pulpers, collection tanks and pasteurisers.
The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and mounted on a stainless steel trolley with four wheels, making it easier to position the machine within a processing workshop or production line.
