The fruit destoner-pulper 1000 kg/h is designed to separate pulp from stones while crushing fruit. It can be used as a cherry destoner, olive destoner and fruit pulper for processing apricots, plums, peaches, tomatoes and cooked vegetables.
The machine produces a fruit mash suitable for jams, fruit preserves and fermentation. By fitting special screens, the resulting product can also be prepared for fruit juice production.
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the destoner-pulper features a loading hopper with a safety grid, a separation drum with a dedicated stone discharge, an electric motor with emergency stop and four swivelling wheels with brakes.
The machine is supplied with one stainless steel screen, with perforations selectable from 0.8 to 12 mm. Select the required hole size from the product menu. Additional screens are available separately.
Fruit requirements: the fruit must be ripe and soft, with a maximum diameter of 12 cm. For larger fruit, the 2000 kg/h destoner is recommended.
