Oliomio Gold Mini Olive Mill - With Pump

The Oliomio Gold mini olive oil mill with pump is a compact machine for extra virgin olive oil producers who need to process larger quantities than smaller mini oil mills, while maintaining an organised and continuous system.

With an hourly output of approximately 90-100 kg/h, it is suitable for farms and small producers who want to process olives immediately after harvesting. In an 8-hour working day, it can process up to approximately 700-800 kg of olives, depending on working conditions and olive variety.

The machine integrates a blade crusher, a continuous horizontal malaxer and a new-generation 2-phase decanter. Washing is fully automatic through a dedicated circuit. This mini olive oil mill also includes an inverter for adjusting the speed of the crusher, olive feed and olive paste feed, a flow meter for water dosing, a cylinder washing kit, heating of the malaxer jacket by electric resistance with sensor and temperature display on the control panel, and an inverter for adjusting the speed of the olive paste feed screw into the decanter, which is also equipped with adjustable nozzles. A malaxer washing kit and a pomace discharge pump are also included. The structure is made from AISI 304 stainless steel and materials suitable for food contact.

To complete the processing line, we recommend combining it with an olive washer & leaf remover and an oil filtration solution.
