Mori-TEMThe Olive Washer & Leaf Remover is a machine designed to support small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers. Using the leaf remover makes post-harvest cleaning immediate and fast with excellent results, removing light debris from freshly picked olives.

This machine is ideal for small producers who want to handle olive oil processing in-house while aiming for premium quality.
Operation is simple. The operator gathers the olives and feeds them into the loading hopper. From there, they are conveyed into a chamber with a fan driven by a 0.75 kW motor (single-phase or three-phase). The airflow separates debris from the olives, blowing leaves and light impurities toward the side discharge. The cleaned olives are then discharged into the wash tank before being lifted by the elevator, which allows unloading directly into the Mini Olive Mill hopper, ready for processing.
