Olive Washer & Leaf Remover

The Olive Washer & Leaf Remover is designed for small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers who need to remove leaves and light impurities, wash freshly harvested olives and transfer them to the next processing stage.

The machine combines leaf removal, washing and elevator transfer in a single unit, allowing olives to be prepared before milling.

Made in Italy, the machine features a stainless steel structure and is intended for small producers who process their own olives.

How the olive washer and leaf remover works

The operator loads the harvested olives into the hopper, which conveys them towards a separation chamber.

Inside the chamber, a fan driven by a 0.75 kW motor generates an airflow that separates leaves and light impurities from the olives. These impurities are expelled through the side discharge.

The olives then pass into the washing tank. After washing, the elevator lifts them and allows them to be discharged directly into the Mini Olive Mill hopper, ready for processing.
