Oliomio 80 Plus Mini Olive Oil Mill

The Oliomio 80 Plus mini olive oil mill is designed for small producers and farms that want to process olives immediately after harvesting, with an indicative production capacity of 70-80 kg/h.

In an 8-hour working day, it can process up to approximately 650 kg of olives, depending on operating conditions and product quality. It is a suitable solution for those looking for a compact system that is more structured than a domestic mini oil mill.

The machine integrates a blade crusher, a continuous horizontal malaxer and a new-generation 2-phase decanter. It also includes an inverter for adjusting the olive paste feed speed, a flow meter for water dosing, a cylinder washing kit, heating of the malaxer jacket by electric resistance with sensor and temperature display on the control panel, and an inverter for adjusting the speed of the olive paste feed screw into the decanter, which is also equipped with adjustable nozzles. The structure is made from AISI 304 stainless steel and materials suitable for food contact.

How does it work?

The paste produced falls into the malaxer below, where continuous preparation takes place through a special helical agitator. A pump, located under the malaxer and equipped with a variator, sends the paste to the decanter, where separation takes place: oil comes out from one side, while water and pomace come out from the other.
