The reception tank is specifically designed to pair with mini olive mills. Its purpose is to receive the oil coming from the decanter, pass it through a plate filter engineered for extra virgin olive oil, and transfer it to a storage tank.
The oil collected in the tank is drawn by the pump and sent to the filter inlet; once filtered, it is ready for use.
