Monoblock Filling and Capping Machine for Olive Oil

The oil filling and capping monoblock integrates the bottle filling and capping stages into a single machine. It is a professional solution designed for olive oil mills, farms and producers that need a compact workstation to make the oil packaging stage more efficient and organised.

Filling is carried out through a vacuum system, while capping is performed by pressure, creating a vacuum inside the capping chamber. This system helps keep the oil inside the bottle in anti-oxidation conditions during packaging and can be used with DOP anti-refill caps and mushroom caps.

How the filling and capping monoblock works

The machine combines the filling stage and the capping stage on the same structure. The vacuum system manages bottle filling, while the capping unit closes the bottle by pressure, creating a vacuum inside the capping chamber.

For processes that require it, the nitrogen kit is available, allowing inert gas to be used during the capping stage. The capping unit is also equipped with plexiglass protection against possible bottle breakage, helping protect the operator during work.
