Automatic Bag-in-Box Filler

The automatic Bag-in-Box filler is an optimal solution for large-scale operations. It features a stainless-steel electronic panel with a 7” touch-screen PLC to set fill volumes and calibration, plus a rubber-impeller pump with a 4,500 L/h flow rate. The filling cycle runs automatically: select the target volume and the machine performs the complete sequence — solenoid valve opening / vacuum / inert gas flushing / filling / solenoid valve closing — so the operator only needs to position the bag and monitor the process. The machine is pre-configured as standard for nitrogen injection into the bag.

The control panel manages every phase of the work cycle, allowing you to adapt the machine to the product (e.g., wine, fruit juices, oil, water, creams, etc.). An auto-tuning system lets the filler self-calibrate, eliminating trial runs. The machine is also equipped with a 10" stainless-steel filter housing with polypropylene cartridge for complete sterilization and removal of any solid residues inside the bags.
