The semi-automatic Bag-in-Box filler without pump is an optimal solution for small businesses producing fewer than 5,000 Bag-in-Box units per year. It is equipped with an electromagnetic flow sensor and an electronic control panel to program the fill volume (minimum setting 1 liter) and adjust calibration. On request, the filler can be fitted with a rubber-impeller electric pump with a 1,000 L/h flow rate. The operator selects the target volume and the machine performs the complete cycle: solenoid valve opening / pump start / pump stop / solenoid valve closing. The machine is supplied pre-arranged for manual nitrogen injection into the bag.
The bag support platform is height-adjustable and can be removed for filling rigid containers (e.g., PET, aluminum, glass) in both rectangular and circular shapes (maximum diameter 85 mm). Cap removal and re-closing are performed with the dedicated stainless-steel tool supplied as standard. Typical applications: Wine; with the appropriate kit, it can also be used for Oil and Fruit Juices.
