Spremoliva Mini Olive Mill
Mori-TEMThe SPREMIOLIVA mini olive mill is designed to meet the needs of small extra virgin olive oil producers. Operation is very simple: the olives, once de-leafed and thoroughly washed, are fed into the receiving hopper, where the screw—manually driven by a crank—feeds the crusher, which features a fixed grid and a rotor with hollow knives. The paste produced falls into the malaxer below, where preparation takes place via a special helical agitator. A pump with a gearmotor then sends the paste to the decanter, where separation occurs: oil exits on one side, and water and pomace on the other. The entire structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and food-grade materials.
For a complete processing line, we recommend pairing it with a de-leafer with washing unit and a receiving tray with plate filter.
