The Spremoliva mini olive oil mill is designed for small producers, farms and businesses that want to produce extra virgin olive oil independently, processing olives immediately after harvesting.
The machine integrates the main processing stages: crushing, malaxing and extraction. It is particularly suitable for family production, small farm batches and more continuous processing.
After being defoliated and washed, the olives are loaded into the receiving hopper and sent to the crusher. The olive paste then passes into the horizontal malaxer and subsequently into the 2-phase decanter, where the oil is separated from water and pomace. The structure is made from AISI 304 stainless steel and materials suitable for food contact.
For a more complete processing line, we recommend combining the mini oil mill with a olive washer & leaf remover and an oil filtration solution.
