The manual column filling machine for Bag in Box is a complete stainless steel workstation for manually filling Bag in Box pouches. The structure includes a stainless steel bench, height-adjustable clamp for holding the pouch, stainless steel filling gun, cap closing lever and digital flow meter.
Compared to more compact manual solutions with only a support plate, this version allows the pouch positioning, filling and cap closing stages to be managed on a single workstation. Indicative output varies according to pouch size, from approximately 80 pieces/hour for 3 litre Bag in Box pouches to approximately 20 pieces/hour for the 20 litre format.
