The olive defoliator is a stainless steel machine designed to separate leaves and light impurities from olives after harvesting and before milling. The system uses a fan driven by a 0.37 kW motor, available with single-phase or three-phase power supply, and provides an indicative output of up to 200 kg/h.
How the olive defoliator works
The olives are loaded into the hopper and conveyed towards the separation chamber. The airflow generated by the fan removes leaves and light impurities, which are expelled through the side outlet, while the olives continue through the process.
