Mori-TEMThe Olive Washer & Leaf Remover with integrated wash group is designed to support small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers. Using the leaf remover makes post-harvest cleaning immediate and fast with excellent results, so you can process freshly picked olives right away.

This machine is ideal for small producers who want to handle olive oil processing in-house while aiming for premium quality.
Operation of this leaf remover is simple. The operator loads olives into the hopper; from there they are conveyed to a chamber with a fan driven by a 1.5 kW motor (single- or three-phase). The airflow separates debris from the olives, blowing leaves and light impurities toward the side discharge. The defoliated olives are then discharged into the tank for washing before being transported by the elevator, which allows unloading directly into the Mini Olive Mill hopper, ready for processing.
