Olive Washer & Leaf Remover - 200 kg/h

The Olive Washer & Leaf Remover - 200 kg/h is a stainless steel machine with an integrated washing unit, designed for small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers.

It combines leaf removal, washing and elevator transfer to prepare freshly harvested olives for processing in a mini olive mill.

Made in Italy, the machine is designed for small producers who want to process their own olives.

How the olive washer and leaf remover works

The operator loads the harvested olives into the hopper, which conveys them towards a separation chamber.

Inside the chamber, a fan driven by a 1.5 kW motor generates an airflow that separates leaves and light impurities from the olives, blowing them towards the side discharge.

The olives are then discharged into the washing tank.

After washing, the elevator transports the olives and allows them to be discharged directly into the Mini Olive Mill hopper, ready for processing.
