Mangrove Jack’s M84 Bohemian Lager is a bottom-fermenting (continental lager) dry yeast designed for clean, elegant and well-balanced beers. It delivers a crisp palate and the refined character associated with traditional Czech-style brewing.

ABV & fermentation notes

This yeast performs well up to 9% ABV. Above 7% ABV, beers may finish slightly sweeter.

Note: below 14°C, use 2 sachets.
