Tettnang Hops 100 g
Known as Tettnang or Tettnanger, this is a noble hop. Tettnanger has been crossed with Fuggles and re-grown in a variety of regions around the world, including the United States, Australia, and Switzerland. German Tettnanger offers a spicy aroma with floral and herbal notes. With a slightly low alpha acid range of about 3–6%, it’s perfect for additions in German ales, lagers, and wheat beers. Spalt, Saaz, and Fuggles are good substitutes for Tettnanger hops if needed.
