Mangrove Jack’s M02 is a dry yeast developed specifically for cider fermentation. It’s designed to lift the fruit profile: it enhances fruity aromas and produces a high level of esters, helping you achieve a more expressive, character-driven cider.
At 18-28°C, use 1 sachet for 23 L with OG up to 1.050. For OG above 1.050, we recommend using 2 sachets.
