Electric Grape Crusher-Destemmer - 1,600–1,800 kg/h

The electric grape crusher-destemmer is designed for the first stage of grape processing in small and medium wine production, where the grapes need to be crushed and the stems separated before fermentation.

Compared with a manual crusher-destemmer, the electric motor reduces the operator’s effort and allows faster, more continuous processing. This model is suitable for users who need to process larger quantities of grapes but do not require a crusher-destemmer with a pump.

During operation, the grapes pass through the self-adjusting aluminium rollers, which crush the berries. The processed grapes then enter the destemming chamber, where the destemming shaft separates the berries from the stems through the stainless steel screen. The stems are discharged through a side outlet, while the processed product falls below for collection.

The rollers are 220 mm long and use a self-adjusting system designed to allow larger solid parts to pass through, helping reduce the risk of damage to the rollers and internal gears.

The moving parts are driven by a single-phase 1 HP motor (0.75 kW). Indicative hourly output is approximately 1,600–1,800 kg/h (16–18 quintals/h), depending on the type of grapes, ripeness and continuity of feeding.

This is an electric crusher-destemmer without a pump. The processed product must therefore be collected using a chute, container or other suitable collection system.
