The stainless steel grape crusher-destemmer is recommended for small and medium wine production. It is a Made in Italy product, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel in full compliance with current food industry regulations. This model is extremely simple to use and at the same time very effective. It is an electric crusher-destemmer equipped with a 1 HP motor that drives the internal mechanism, allowing the movement of the rollers, the screw conveyor and the destemming shaft.
The stainless steel crusher-destemmer is designed to be extremely practical and easy to use even by less experienced operators. It is proven to be reliable and robust and is equipped with a roller mounting system that prevents damage to the rollers and gears in the event that solid parts pass through.
Hourly output is estimated at between 16 and 18 quintals.
