The electric grape crusher-destemmer is a machine for crushing grapes, available in three versions. The enamelled models are made of sheet metal coated with non-toxic, food-grade paints. It is equipped with an inclined hopper that lets the grapes slide towards the aluminium rollers, which feature a special system that makes them self-adjusting, ensuring their integrity in case solid parts pass through. The crushed grapes then pass to the destemming shaft which, through its rotary movement, separates them from the stems. The electric grape crusher-destemmer is manufactured entirely in Italy, features a stainless steel destemming screen, and is well suited to the needs of small and medium producers, with an hourly output of around 12 quintals per hour.
