Coopers English Bitter is a hopped malt extract kit made to brew a traditional, classic-style bitter—designed to be robust and dependable. In the glass it pours a copper-brown colour with a creamy head that can show a subtle reddish hue.
Expect floral notes on the nose, a smooth and well-balanced palate, and a finish with a distinctly bitter edge—true to style. For the best flavour, serve at no less than 12°C.
Each 1.7 kg can makes around 23 L of beer. The kit includes a yeast sachet for fermentation.
