Coopers Brew Enhancer 3 is designed to be used in place of regular sugar when brewing beer. Its generous amount of pale malt helps maximise malt character, while dextrose and maltodextrin enhance mouthfeel and body, helping to produce a creamy head and avoid cider-like off-flavours.
