Centrifugal Grape Crusher-Destemmer - Stainless Steel - 100 q.li/h

This model of centrifugal grape crusher-destemmer in stainless steel has a production capacity of 100 q.li/h. It is manufactured in Italy and built entirely in stainless steel. It is not equipped with a transfer pump and features an anti-tear destemming basket with a diameter of 40 cm with an exclusive rubber drive system.

It is the ideal solution for quality production in both medium and large wineries, suitable for both manual and automatic harvesting.

The main feature of this crusher-destemmer is the set of adjustable and disengageable rubber rollers that allow gentle crushing. The destemming shaft has also been designed to be non-aggressive, with rubber-coated paddles.

In addition, it is fitted with a 2,2 kW mechanical (gear) speed variator, while the loading hopper is equipped with a filter for liquid extraction.
