This is a centrifugal grape crusher-destemmer made entirely of stainless steel and manufactured 100% in Italy. This machine is particularly suitable for medium and large wineries, featuring among its characteristics an anti-tear destemming basket with a diameter of 30 cm with rubber drive system, a destemming shaft with rubber-coated paddles, as well as a pair of adjustable, disengageable rubber rollers that allow gentle crushing.
The centrifugal crusher-destemmer without pump 60 q.li/h is equipped with a 2.2 kW electronic speed variator, while at the bottom there is a stainless steel collection tank with mixing screw and fitting for a transfer pump.
