Centrifugal Grape Crusher-Destemmer - Stainless Steel - 180 q.li/h

This model of centrifugal destemmer without transfer pump is the ideal solution for medium and large wineries with production needs of 180 q.li/h. It is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and manufactured in Italy. The 50 cm diameter destemming basket is of the anti-tear type with an exclusive rubber drive system.

Another important feature of this model is the set of adjustable and disengageable rubber rollers that allow gentle grape crushing. The destemming shaft is also designed to be non-aggressive on the berries, thanks to the rubber-coated cylinders.

This model of centrifugal grape crusher-destemmer is also equipped with a 2,2 kW mechanical gear speed variator, while the loading hopper features a filter for liquid extraction.
