The 5-liter mushroom-condenser copper still for grappa, also known as an alembic still for grappa, features a direct-cooling system. It is made entirely of copper and includes a thermometer to read the internal boiler temperature, allowing you to separate the heads, tails, and hearts of your distillate. This grappa alembic is handcrafted by Italian master artisans and has a 1 mm thickness.
It is suitable for the production of spirits (grappa, brandy, whisky, fruit distillates, etc.). It can also be used for essential oils (perfumes, liqueurs, and remedies) and for high-proof alcohol such as vodka.
From the options menu you can customize your alembic by adding a copper mesh to prevent pomace from contacting the bottom of the boiler, or a filter column required for steam distillation (all accessories are copper).
