The copper filter column for 5-liter stills is an accessory designed for steam distillation, a method commonly used for extracting essential oils.
Positioned between the boiler and the cooling pre-chamber, the column holds the herbs separately from the water. Steam from the boiler passes through the herbs, allowing distillation without direct contact between the plant material and the water.
This accessory is compatible with AgriStore 5-liter stills, in both mushroom-condenser and coil-condenser versions.
