15-liter Copper Still - Mushroom Condenser (Alembic)

The 15-liter copper still with mushroom condenser is handcrafted in Italy by master artisans specialising in copperworking. Made entirely of copper, it features a direct-cooling system and includes a thermometer for monitoring boiler temperature during distillation and separating the heads, hearts and tails.

This copper alembic still is particularly suitable for producing spirits such as grappa, brandy, whisky and fruit distillates, as well as high-proof alcohol such as vodka. It can also be used to produce essential oils for perfumes, liqueurs and remedies.

The still can be customised through the options menu by adding a copper mesh or pulp filter to prevent pomace from coming into direct contact with the boiler bottom, or a filter column for steam distillation. All accessories are made of copper.
