5-Liter Copper Pot Still – Coil Condenser made entirely of copper, with a hand-forged iron stand supporting the boiler and the coil (worm) condenser. The still includes an analog thermometer to monitor the boiler’s internal temperature and make accurate cuts—heads, hearts, and tails. Handcrafted piece with a 1.03 mm copper base. Made in Italy.

The cooling system on this compact model has a single water outlet: given its size, continuous recirculation isn’t required—simply add ice to the condenser bath from time to time.

Suitable for the production of spirits (grappa, brandy, whisky, fruit distillates, etc.). It can also be used for essential oils (perfumes, liqueurs, remedies) and for high-proof alcohol such as vodka, where legally permitted.

From the options menu, you can customize your alembic by adding a copper mesh to prevent pomace from contacting the boiler bottom, a filter column for steam distillation (all accessories are copper), or the wooden base.
