The white wine fining agent, thanks to the synergistic action of its components, enables rapid clarification of white wines with very low lees volumes.

This product meets the needs of quality white wine producers and complies with all current national and EU regulations.

The combined presence of several protein fining agents improves the wine’s organoleptic qualities, while bentonite ensures protein stabilisation.

Enoclar B consists of lactic casein, PVPP, bentonite and activated carbon and is used at dosages ranging from 40 to 120 g per hL.

How to clarify white wine?

To clarify white wine, disperse the product in hot water at 10%, stir continuously and add to the batch to be treated, carrying out a thorough pump-over. The process will be completed within 4–5 days, after which racking can be performed.

For optimal storage, keep in a cool, ventilated place.
