Pomegranate processing line 1000 kg/h

This processing line is designed and built in Italy for small and medium enterprises. The mini plant includes, as standard, a stainless-steel pomegranate deseeder and a pulper/finisher with a maximum output of 1,000 kg per hour.

The deseeder breaks the fruit to obtain the arils, which can be collected in a large tub and then fed into the pulper/finisher’s loading hopper to extract pomegranate juice.

As standard, the pomegranate processing system includes a 1,000 kg/h pulper/finisher and a stainless-steel deseeder, and it can also be used for processing prickly pears.

Optionally, you can add a collection tank complete with pump, and an elevator to automatically transfer the arils from the deseeder to the pulper/finisher loading hopper.

Technical features of the 1,000 kg/h pulper/finisher:

Available options:

• Stainless-steel stand for deseeder with discharge hopper;
• Motorized tank complete with 40 pump and level probes (to be paired with the stainless-steel stand for deseeder);
• Deseeder with integrated electric pump (replacing the deseeder included in the base offer). Recommended for more intensive, industrial use beyond 5–6 working hours.
