Pomegranate processing line 1000 kg/h

The pomegranate processing line 1000 kg/h is designed for farms, small food-processing workshops and producers who need to process pomegranates and prickly pears into juice, pulp or semi-finished products.

The basic configuration includes a stainless-steel pomegranate deseeder and a pulper/finisher. The system separates the usable product from peels, seeds and other solid residues, preparing it for subsequent processing stages.

During processing, the deseeder breaks the pomegranates and separates the arils. These can be collected in a container or transferred to the pulper/finisher, which processes them to obtain juice or pulp for subsequent filtration, pasteurisation or packaging.

The line can be configured with additional equipment, including a stainless-steel stand with a discharge chute, a motorised collection tank with level sensors and product-transfer systems. The configuration can be selected according to the quantity of fruit to be processed and the required level of automation.

Available pomegranate deseeders

1,200 kg/h deseeder

This model is suitable for smaller, non-continuous processing operations. A stainless-steel stand and a collection tank with level sensors are recommended for automating the transfer of arils to the pulper/finisher.
