How does the Olive Leaf Remover work?
Operation is extremely simple. The operator gathers the olives and pours them into the loading hopper, then opens the gate to feed them into the chamber where a fan—driven by a single-phase or three-phase motor—creates an airstream. The fan blows away leaves and light impurities toward the side discharge, separating them from the olives.
