Olive Leaf Remover - Wheelbarrow Model

The Olive Leaf Remover - Wheelbarrow Model is designed for small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers who need to separate leaves and light impurities from freshly harvested olives before processing.

This machine uses an airflow system to remove leaves and light debris from olives after harvesting. The wheelbarrow model is also available in a 12 V battery-powered version for use directly in the field.

Construction of the Olive Leaf Remover

Made in Italy, the machine features a galvanized steel frame and hardware.

The 230 V version has a single-phase power supply and a rated power of 0.18 kW. An optional 12 V battery-powered version is available for applications where leaf removal needs to be carried out directly in the field.

How does the Olive Leaf Remover work?

The operator loads the harvested olives into the hopper and opens the gate to feed them into the separation chamber.

Inside the chamber, a motor-driven fan generates an airflow that separates leaves and light impurities from the olives, blowing them towards the side discharge.
