Insulated Refrigerated Stainless Steel Conical Fermenter for Beer

The insulated, refrigerated conical frustum fermenter is built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and is designed to best support professional beer production, making it suitable for businesses such as breweries and microbreweries.

The tank is equipped with a cooling system thanks to a formed cooling (or heating) jacket band, with a maximum operating pressure of 1.5 BAR.

This is a product of unquestionable quality, designed and manufactured entirely in Italy, engineered to perform at its best during beer fermentation and maturation.

Our insulated refrigerated fermenter features a 10° inclined conical bottom, 1.5 mm thick, on which three pyramid-shaped stainless steel legs, 1.5 mm thick, are fixed. The cylinder has a 2 mm thickness with a mirror-polished internal finish and a knurled external finish, while the upper section is fitted with a reinforced 40 cm manway.

Finally, in addition to the cooling jacket, it is fully insulated with 40 mm of insulation.
