Manual Malt Mill for All-Grain Brewing with Aluminium Hopper
AgriStore di Cosenza V.The manual grain and cereal mill is an essential tool for homebrewers. Using it during the milling stage helps save time and effort while achieving better results. The goal is to crack the grain into fragments with a maximum size of around 2 mm.
With this all-grain malt mill, the kernels are crushed until they crack, without being pulverised. This gives the ideal grist size: milling too coarse can lead to poor sugar extraction, while milling too fine can reduce wort clarity and may clog the grain bed formed by the spent grains.
