Lever Manual Grape Press - Ø15-80 cm

The lever grape press is a manual grape press designed for home winemakers and small wineries. Pressure is applied by a mechanical ratchet lever with vertical stroke, ensuring progressive and controlled pressing. The structure combines a beech wood cage with metal components painted with non-toxic coatings suitable for food contact. Handcrafted product Made in Italy.

Technical features

• Basin in reinforced pressed steel, painted with non-toxic coating
• Screw in steel with ratchet movement (1 speed for Ø15 to Ø35; 2 speeds from Ø40 upwards)
• Cage with beech wood staves and closure with keys/bolts (depending on size)
• Supplied parts: 6 blocks, 2 half-moons, levers and pawls

How to use it (briefly)

1. Crush the grapes (and optionally destem them); load the pomace into the basket.
2. Position half-moons and blocks, insert the lever into the ratchet and start applying pressure.
3. Proceed gradually: the vertical stroke presses evenly, helping to extract the must.
