The stainless steel grape crusher-destemmer with pump is a machine suitable for small and medium wine producers. It is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel in order to fully meet all legal requirements for food use. This model of stainless steel crusher-destemmer with pump is equipped with a screw conveyor that feeds the grapes towards the self-adjusting aluminium rollers, which perform the crushing and at the same time carry the stems towards the destemming shaft which, through its rotary movement, separates the berries from the stems. This model is also fitted with a centrifugal pump that allows the must to be transferred into the fermentation vessel. The screen and the pump, as well as the machine frame, are also made of stainless steel. The crusher-destemmer is supplied as standard with aluminium rollers; however, on request, they can be replaced with food-grade rubber rollers (available as an optional extra).
