Stainless Steel Grape Destemmer with Pump – 20–38 q/h

The stainless steel grape destemmer with pump is manufactured entirely in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel. Its stainless steel construction provides strength, durability and suitability for food use.

The machine is equipped with a centrifugal pump for transferring the must, with a delivery of up to 15 metres horizontally and 5 metres vertically and a 50 or 60 outlet fitting, depending on the selected version.

This model is a horizontal semi-centrifugal grape destemmer. Grapes are loaded into the hopper and carried by a screw conveyor towards the destemming chamber. The destemming shaft operates at approximately 500 RPM.

Designed for small and medium wine producers, the machine is available with an estimated hourly working capacity of 20, 30 or 38 quintals per hour. The destemming screen can be completely removed to facilitate cleaning.
