Grape Destemmer with Pump - Stainless Steel - 20-38 q.li/h

The stainless steel destemmer with pump, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is manufactured entirely in Italy. It is a product of high strength, durability and full suitability for food use. The destemmer is made of smooth-finished stainless steel and is equipped with a 2 HP motor and a centrifugal pump for transferring the must, with 15-metre horizontal and 5-metre vertical delivery and a 50 or 60 outlet fitting.

This model of destemmer is of the horizontal semi-centrifugal type and is extremely easy to use. It is equipped with a loading hopper to hold the grapes and a screw conveyor that carries the bunches towards the chamber where destemming and crushing take place, thanks to the combined action of the destemming shaft (which runs at 500 revolutions per minute) and the centrifugal pump.

It is an extremely practical and versatile machine, suitable for various applications by both small and medium wine producers, with an estimated hourly working capacity between 20 and 38 quintals/h depending on the version selected. The machine is built using the most modern technologies to allow the complete removal of the destemming screen, ensuring an easy and effective cleaning process.
