The grape crusher-destemmer with pump is a machine ideal for small and medium producers. It is made of enamelled sheet metal with non-toxic paint, which makes it suitable for food use. The crusher-destemmer with pump is equipped with a screw conveyor that feeds the grapes towards the self-adjusting rollers, which perform the crushing and at the same time carry the stems towards the destemming shaft which, through its rotary movement, separates the berries from the stems. It is also equipped with a stainless steel centrifugal pump that transfers the must into the fermentation vessel. The screen is also made of stainless steel. This model of destemmer with pump is supplied as standard with aluminium rollers; however, on request, they can be replaced with food-grade rubber rollers (available as an optional extra).
