300L Electric Beer Brewing System
The 300-litre-per-batch microbrewery system is the ideal solution for producing craft beer, recommended for anyone looking to open a microbrewery or upgrade an existing one. This brewhouse is an innovative, high-quality yet cost-effective solution compared to typical market standards. The system features a two-vessel brewhouse plus a hot water buffer tank and is designed primarily for single-batch operation with semi-automatic control of mash steps via a touchscreen control panel with Siemens components (it can also be used for double-batch operation, with slightly longer production times than systems specifically designed for that workflow). The electric brewhouse is supplied as a pre-assembled monobloc, ready to run: it only requires connection to the electrical and water supply lines. This is a preferred solution for entrepreneurs who want to power their microbrewery using photovoltaic systems.
The brewhouse includes a touchscreen command panel installed on a platform (both made of stainless steel) housing all controls. From the panel you can manage the pump (including speed adjustment via inverter), the geared motor for the mash tun, view mash and boil temperatures, view safety and emergency statuses, and monitor the safety devices installed on the mash tun lid.

Wort/boil & whirlpool pump
The system includes a CSF 1.5 kW pump for hot and cold wort, fully built in polished AISI 316 stainless steel, with no dead zones. This sanitary pump is fitted with internal mechanical seals with circulation, making it suitable for liquids and solids at temperatures close to boiling.
Fittings and pipework
All connections in the 300-litre electric brewhouse use sanitary mandrel fittings. Great attention during assembly ensures ease of use, faster and simpler sanitising and reduced production losses. The single supply manifold is connected to the boiler line to speed up pipe cleaning and includes a drain.
The system pipework uses:
- Sanitary tubing, polished inside and out;
- DIN 11851 mandrel fittings;
- Suction DIN 40;
- Delivery DIN 32;
- Butterfly valves with high-temperature gaskets;
- AISI 304 stainless steel;
- TIG welds with internal inert gas (argon) shielding, performed by highly qualified personnel.
Heat exchanger
The system is equipped with an inspectable plate heat exchanger. It consists of a retaining frame that holds the assembled plate pack with dedicated tie rods. The herringbone pattern stamped into each plate creates two perfectly sealed channels once assembled—one for hot, one for cold—where the two fluids are evenly distributed and flow in opposite directions.
The corrugated surface generates high turbulence, improving heat transfer. Rubber gaskets ensure perfect hydraulic sealing even under high pressure.
Using a plate heat exchanger in a 300-litre brewing system ensures high thermal efficiency, no fluid mixing and excellent flexibility, as the exchanger can be adapted to new operating conditions by increasing the number of plates. It also provides long service life thanks to the possibility of regenerating the plate pack and/or replacing components.
In-line filter
The in-line filter purifies the food-grade fluid from impurities and/or sediments during operation, retaining unwanted particles before the fluid enters the heat exchanger.
Filters are defined by the internal filter cartridge, which determines the quantity and minimum particle size that can be retained.
Cleaning and maintenance are simplified thanks to a quick cartridge extraction system.
The filter is made from AISI 304L stainless steel and features DIN connections sized to our specifications to ensure excellent filtration in a very short time.
The filter is suitable for liquids in Group 2 according to the classification set out in Article 9 of Directive 97/23/EC - PED and is suitable for the food industry. Standard models operate within a temperature range of -10° to 100°C. The standard finish is externally polished and internally satin, with internal roughness below 1.6 microns.
Control panel
The main electrical panel is built in AISI 304 stainless steel with Siemens components and a touchscreen monitor. It is installed on a stainless steel platform with satin finish and includes a front door and main earthing. It contains all controls and protections for the electrical components, pumps, transformers, etc.
The touchscreen control allows you to view vessel status and use all controls and semi-automatic functions with a simple tap on the screen.
The PLC integrated in the panel automatically controls the mash and boil cycle (time and temperature). The same panel also includes all temperature controls for the mash/boil/whirlpool vessel.
The integrated software allows full automation of the entire mash-boil and whirlpool cycle, ensuring consistency and high quality. This also provides highly precise temperature control, zero inertia and modular temperature regulation.
From the panel you can manage:
- No. 2 brewhouse pumps via start/stop control and speed regulation via inverter;
- No. 1 brewhouse geared motor via start/stop control and speed regulation via inverter;
- Display of mash and boil vessel temperature;
