The semi-centrifugal stainless steel grape crusher-destemmer is designed for grape crushing and destemming and is supplied without a transfer pump. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has an indicative output of 3,000–4,000 kg/h.
The destemming system features a professional deep-drawn screen with flared round holes and a destemming shaft fitted with rubber-coated paddles. The shaft operates at approximately 400–600 RPM.
Crushing is carried out by a pair of adjustable rubber rollers, designed to provide gentle pressing. The machine also includes a must collection tank and a mixing and feed screw for connection to an external pump.
