This semi-centrifugal grape crusher-destemmer is made entirely of stainless steel and is not equipped with a transfer pump. It features a professional destemming screen with deep-drawn, flared round holes, a must collection tank, and a mixing and feed screw for connection to an external pump.
The destemming shaft is fitted with rubber-coated paddles, while crushing is performed by a pair of adjustable rubber rollers capable of gentle pressing.
