Stainless Steel Horizontal Centrifugal Grape Destemmer with Pump – 60–120 q/h

The stainless steel horizontal centrifugal grape destemmer with pump is designed for large wine producers requiring high processing capacity. Manufactured in Italy, the machine is made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel.

The centrifugal basket rotates in the same direction as the destemming shaft, whose paddles are rubber-coated to prevent the stems from tearing. The loading hopper is equipped with a filter for liquid extraction, while the machine body is designed to prevent liquid from stagnating inside.

Depending on the selected version, the destemmer is equipped with a 3, 4 or 5.5 HP motor. Both the centrifugal basket and the pump are made from stainless steel.

The machine can be fully opened and inspected, facilitating cleaning and maintenance operations.

How does the horizontal centrifugal grape destemmer work?

Grapes are loaded into the hopper, where a screw conveyor carries the bunches into the centrifugal basket. Rotation inside the basket produces crushing and separation of the stems, which are expelled through the basket outlet.

The must produced is discharged by the stainless steel centrifugal pump and transferred towards the fermentation tanks. Pump delivery varies according to the selected version, as specified below.
