Industrial CIP System in AISI 304 Stainless Steel
EnobeerThe industrial CIP (Clean-In-Place) system is an efficient, controlled system designed to deliver automated, safe cleaning of tanks, fermenters and process lines without disassembly. Designed by industry experts, it features a full AISI 304 stainless steel structure that ensures corrosion resistance, long service life and compliance with the hygiene standards required in the food and industrial sectors.
Advantages of the CIP system
Using a CIP system offers several advantages that can make a real difference to final product quality. Automation of the cleaning process saves time and reduces downtime for the plant, tank or fermenter, helping to increase production.
Water and detergent savings should also be considered, together with the standardisation of hygiene procedures to ensure consistently optimal results. An automated cleaning system also improves operator safety. These factors help optimise the operating costs linked to cleaning operations.
1-, 2- and 3-tank CIP configurations
The system can be configured according to specific requirements with 1, 2 or 3 tanks and capacities of 150, 300 and 500 litres.
The 1-tank version includes a single tank for the cleaning solution, while rinsing and sanitising are managed separately.
The 2-tank version uses one tank for the alkaline solution and the other for peracetic acid (sanitising) or rinsing.
The 3-tank version uses the first tank for the alkaline solution, the second for peracetic acid (sanitising), and the third for the final rinse.
Applications
This type of CIP system is used in several sectors, including craft and industrial breweries, wineries, dairies, the food industry in general and the cosmetics sector.
