The Guyot must hydrometer is an instrument used to measure the density, sugar content and potential alcohol of the wine that will be obtained from your must. The hydrometer is supplied with a protective case and features a triple scale: Baumé for must density, sugar and alcohol.
It is very easy to use: simply pour some must into a test cylinder, insert the hydrometer into the cylinder and let it rest for a few moments so that the instrument can take the reading at the must level.
