Grape Destemmer with Pump - Enamelled - 20-38 q.li/h

This model of grape destemmer with pump is made of sheet metal that is specially enamelled with non-toxic paints to make it suitable for food use. It is an electric destemmer equipped with a 2 HP motor needed to drive the screw conveyor located in the loading hopper, the destemming screen and the pump.
This model is particularly recommended for small and medium wine producers thanks to its compact size and ease of use.

How does the destemmer with pump work?

Its operation involves feeding the grapes into the loading hopper, from where they are carried by the screw conveyor into the chamber where crushing and destemming take place, thanks to the semi-centrifugal action of the destemming shaft and the pump. The pump is centrifugal, made of stainless steel and capable of delivering a maximum flow of 15 metres horizontally and 5 metres vertically to transfer the must to the fermentation tanks.
Maintenance and cleaning operations can be carried out easily thanks to a system that allows the destemming screen to be completely removed.
