Dextrose monohydrate for beer in a 1 kg pack, suitable as a substitute for table sugar in hopped malt extracts or for increasing alcohol content without adding body in all-grain or extract-plus-grain (E+G) brewing.
Dextrose monohydrate is a monosaccharide obtained from corn starch through enzymatic hydrolysis, followed by purification, concentration, crystallization and dehydration. It dissolves completely even in cold or lukewarm water and is an excellent alternative to regular table sugar when brewing beer.
