Dextrose monohydrate is a monosaccharide obtained from corn starch via enzymatic hydrolysis, followed by purification, concentration, crystallization, and dehydration. It dissolves completely even in cold or lukewarm water and is an excellent replacement for regular table sugar when making beer.
