30-liter Copper Still - Mushroom Condenser (Alembic)

The 30-liter copper still with mushroom condenser for grappa, also known as an alembic still for grappa, features a direct-cooling system. It is made entirely of copper and includes a thermometer to read the boiler’s internal temperature, allowing you to separate the heads, hearts, and tails of your distillate. This grappa still is handcrafted by Italian master artisans and has a base thickness of 1.03 mm, with a boiler bottom diameter of 28 cm.

It is suitable for the production of spirits (grappa, brandy, whisky, fruit distillates, etc.). It can also be used for essential oils (perfumes, liqueurs, and remedies) and for high-proof alcohol such as vodka.

From the options menu you can customize your copper still by adding a copper mesh or a pulp filter to prevent pomace from contacting the boiler bottom, or a filter column required for steam distillation (all accessories are copper).

• Pulp filter: useful for distilling from solids (e.g., pomace, fruit pieces) to prevent direct contact with the bottom;
