SUPER SP Detergent is an eco-friendly, non-polluting product widely used for oenological applications and with beer kits thanks to its convenience—no rinsing required. It contains no enzymes, surfactants or optical brighteners, phosphorus or allergens, and it breaks down into substances already present in nature, without polluting. Keeping the cellar hygienic is essential: having sterile tools and equipment greatly reduces the risk of contamination and issues affecting the authenticity of the final product (wine, beverages, meats, foods, etc.).
How to use SUPER SP detergent
Based on sodium percarbonate, it is an active-oxygen product. In contact with water it decomposes, releasing oxygen (thus forming hydrogen peroxide) and sodium carbonate (soda). This reaction starts at 30°C and increases as the temperature rises. For this reason, it is always recommended to use Percarbonate with warm or hot water.
Ideally around 50–60°C.
