Filter Housing for Wine & Beer

The filter housing for wine and beer is manufactured in Italy using AISI 316 stainless steel and is designed for professional beverage filtration. It provides a more advanced filtration solution than traditional sheet filters and is intended for wineries and breweries focused on product quality.

What is the filter housing used for?

In winemaking, the system is typically used to polish wine before bottling and can achieve cold sterilization down to 0.45 μm, depending on the filtration setup used.

The filter housing can be used for the cold sterilization of beverages and is suitable for filtering wine, beer and fruit juices.

The cartridges can be made of polypropylene or stainless steel and are interchangeable. The most commonly used size in the wine sector is the 30" cartridge.
