The small manual grape crusher with flywheel and agitator is a simple and robust machine designed for crushing small quantities of grapes in home, hobby or artisanal winemaking.

Compared with the mini grape crusher, this model features a larger 65 × 47 cm hopper, 22 cm self-adjusting rollers and an indicative hourly output of 300–500 kg/h. It is therefore suitable for users looking for a compact manual grape crusher with slightly higher processing capacity.

The machine is operated by means of the side flywheel. Turning the flywheel manually transfers motion to the rollers and internal agitator, helping the grapes move towards the crushing area. The rollers progressively crush the berries, allowing the must to be released.

The structure is made of enamelled sheet metal with a non-toxic coating suitable for food use. The machine is equipped with an agitator and self-adjusting rollers, while its compact overall dimensions make it suitable for use in smaller working areas.

The special roller mounting system allows the crushing level to adjust automatically and helps protect the rollers and gears from damage caused by solid parts.

This machine performs grape crushing only and does not separate the stems from the berries. If destemming is also required, a grape crusher-destemmer is the more appropriate type of machine.
