The manual grape crusher is the entry-level solution for winemaking, as it is the smallest machine in our range. Made in Italy, it has overall dimensions of 100 x 39 x 49 cm and a loading hopper measuring 65 x 47 cm.
This hand-operated grape crusher is made entirely of enamelled sheet metal with non-toxic coating for food-grade use and is equipped with self-adjusting rollers and agitator. Thanks to the special support used to mount the rollers, the machine offers good adjustment of the crushing level, which helps protect both the rollers and gears from damage caused by solid parts.
